Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to build a career in business development. The ideal candidate will support our efforts to expand the companys client base, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Assist in generating leads through online research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients and business opportunities.

Client Outreach:

• Initiate contact with prospects through emails, phone calls, and meetings.
• Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and business pitches for potential clients.
• Help schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with clients.

Market Research:

• Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Provide insights on market conditions and contribute to strategy development.

Relationship Building:

• Help build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the business development field.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
