Responsibilities:-


Business Development:


  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels (networking, cold calling, industry events, etc.).

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Execution:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations to close deals.

Market Analysis:


  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for product or service improvements and new product development based on client feedback and market demands.

Collaboration and Coordination:


  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (product development, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Preferred candidate profile:


Candidate with minimum 1 to 5 Yrs experience in building material and furniture fittings sales.
