Create and maintain a suite of high-quality sales materials such as case studies, white papers, portfolios, and corporate presentations.
Tailor content to align with specific client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate technical information into sales materials.
Proposal Management:
Lead the creation of compelling and tailored proposal documents in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure proposals accurately reflect the companys offerings and capabilities.
Develop standardized templates for proposals and presentations to streamline the process while allowing for customization as needed.
Content Strategy Development:
Develop a content strategy to support business development efforts, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and reflect the latest product and service offerings.
Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and branding across all sales materials.
Client Engagement Support:
Assist the sales team during client meetings and presentations by providing materials and expertise.
Participate in client discussions to understand their needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
Market Competitor Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings to inform the development of persuasive and differentiated sales materials.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research to help position the company more effectively in the market.
Training Enablement:
Train the sales team on how to effectively use sales collaterals and proposal documents.
Continuously gather feedback from sales teams to improve materials and ensure they meet the needs of the field.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering.. A master s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales, sales enablement, or similar role with a focus on developing sales materials and proposals.
Proven experience in creating high-impact sales collaterals and proposal documents.
Experience working in IT Industry is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
Familiarity with proposal management tools and content management systems.
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
