Software Sales Support Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Software Sales, service and support.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and and following up on leads.
• Understanding the potential customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Assist users with software installation, configuration and follow up on renewal and retentions.
• Respond to and resolve software-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth renewal process and accurate sales invoicing details.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales updates in CRM
  systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ years of experience in customer relationship management, sales support or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Hindi Speaking is mandatory
