Need to be a multi-tasker and willing to constantly learn and grow Scope of work: Point-of-contact (POC) for social media handling for our fashion brands Managing social media handles LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest Creating monthly marketing calendar for all social channels Coordinating with graphic designer for the right creatives Collecting all content and adding the right captions/hashtags/links Posting reels, posts, videos, blogs, etc on all channels. Managing Instagram Coordinating with graphic designer for the content Posting the content on instagram with captions/links/hashtags Putting stories everyday with product links Creating engaging reels in our store Replying to DMs - converting orders Responsible for Improving brand visibility and enhancing brand value Increasing customer engagement across all social media channels Increasing following on all channels Regularly monitoring and posting on all channels Collaborating with designing, sales and operations team for new marketing content Ideating and planning new marketing strategies and executing them Managing Shopify Updating banner images, content, product details on Shopify Uploading customer testimonials, product reviews, celebrity/influencer posts etc. Managing Customer Relationship (CRM) software - Managing customer databases email, phone no, Address etc. Replying to customer enquiries / suggestions / feedback via email & whatsapp Email marketing Creating and sending bi-monthly marketing emails to customers Executing via email marketing tool such as mailchimp / sendgrid WhatsApp marketing Broadcasting weekly WhatsApp campaigns to customers Executing via WhatsApp business tool such as Freshworks / Zoko Creating promotions for festivals, public holidays, occasions and special events to drive sales For example special sales / discounts for Republic Day, Holi, Mothers day etc. Planning the event, coordinating with the operations team, getting the creatives from Graphic designer and promoting everywhere via social media, email and WhatsApp. Updating banners on Shopify website for the same Monitoring work of SEO agency Sending them product images to put in the blogs Reviewing their blogs, guest articles, Quora answers, and other SEO activities Planning monthly SEO activities with them PR Activity Reaching out to social media channels, emagazines, blogs for featuring our brands Preparing weekly and monthly MIS reports for management Monthly social media calendar Engagement report on all posts across all channels Report on website analytics via Shopify, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
