Senior Marketing Executive - Legal Services

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and comments across all platforms to foster excellent client engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest strategies to grow and engage the audience effectively.

Paid Advertising

• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google to meet marketing goals.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including ROI.

Content Creation

• Develop high-quality visual and written content, including videos, photos, and blog posts, tailored to each platform.
• Confidently appear on camera for TikTok and Instagram Reels, when required.

Email Marketing and WhatsApp Campaigns

• Create and execute email campaigns to highlight legal updates, services, and client

engagement opportunities.

• Use WhatsApp Business to send timely updates, promotional offers, and respond

professionally to client queries.

Google My Business Management

• Update and optimise the firm’s Google My Business profile to enhance local visibility

and reputation.

SEO and Digital Growth

• Assist with website updates and on-page SEO optimisation to improve search rankings.
• Identify and execute backlink-building opportunities to boost site authority.

Marketing Collateral

• Support the creation of brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials to

communicate the brand message.

Administrative Support

• Assist the Marketing Manager with ad hoc tasks and ensure the smooth running of

marketing activities.

• Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the legal or

professional services sector.
