Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly determined Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with the Sales Director. you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of online platforms, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ad campaigns across various channels, like search engines, social media and email, with a strong emphasis on driving B2B growth.
• Manage Acube's website and optimize it for user experience and search engine visibility.
• Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
• Oversee both organic and paid marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and development to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results and demonstrate proven success in B2B campaigns
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
• Strong understanding of both organic and paid marketing strategies.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices and developments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for different digital channels.
