We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our vibrant marketing team. This is a fantastic
opportunity for a creative and results-driven individual who is eager to contribute to the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies. You will play an essential role in raising our brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and supporting our overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with company goals. This includes digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and offline promotions.
Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences. Use data and insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the companys social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Develop and schedule posts, track engagement, and monitor social trends.
Scriptwriting for Video & Podcasts: Write compelling, conversational scripts for long-form video and podcast content (30 minutes to 1 hour) that can be repurposed into shorter, engaging clips for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Brand Awareness & PR: Assist with brand development, media relations, and PR activities to enhance the companys visibility and reputation in the market.
Event Planning & Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, webinars, and industry trade shows, both online and offline .
Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams: Work closely with the sales and product teams to create marketing materials, sales collateral, and messaging that align with business objectives.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, conversion rates) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Make recommendations for improvements based on data.
Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and online reviews to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields. Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or campaign execution is preferred.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience)
Digital Marketing Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google
Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software). Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM is
a plus.
Creative & Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to
create engaging content and messages for diverse audiences.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized, and
meet deadlines.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments
(sales, product, design, etc.).
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with marketing data and analytics tools to evaluate
performance and optimize campaigns.
