Role : Channel Partner Manager (International).
Location : Noida (WFO)
- About the Role - You will be responsible for managing international channel partnerships to expand the presence and enhance sales revenues for the Organization.
- The role will require building and fostering relationships, driving growth through channels in line with the strategic vision of the Organization.
Responsibilities :
- Channel Growth Strategy : Design, execute and expand Channel development plans, with end-to-end onboarding and program management.
- Build frameworks for partner selection, onboarding and enablement programs with scalable processes.
- Partner Management : Enable channel partners to support GTMs, act as POC for them and Company, nurture strong relationships for growth partnership.
- Drive success through tech support coordination, product training and collaborative business plans.
- Revenue Achievement : Lead data backed channel sales to build sales funnel.
- Build qualified sales pipeline and identify new revenue generation opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Market Development : Identification and expansion to new market segments, build strategic partnerships, and position offering wrt market/ competition.
- Performance Monitoring : Establish and track key metrics, KPIs, analyse data, and refine forecasts for continuous improvement.
- Broadcast insights and numbers for visibility and reviews.
Qualifications :
- 6-8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development (preferably international) with a B. Tech/M.Tech or MBA.
- Experience in executing channel strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market reach.
- Strong negotiation, data analysis, and KPI tracking abilities with a deep understanding of Emerging Tech/ SAAS/ Web3.0 technologies.
