Field Commercial Executive

Brief Job Description:
1. Collect out of scope commercial quotation from Magiec for each complaint.
2. Raise proposal in customer portal for OOS work & commercial approval.
3. Monitor open complaints & its proposal approval in customer portal.
4. Give approval to Magiec upon proposal approval by customer, for performing the work in field.
5. Create final BOQ in customer portal for commercial approval/WCC.
6. Raise JMS in customer portal for billing approval.
7. Track PO v/s consumption.
8. Raise billing data in DMS

Functional Deliverables :
1. End to End coordination with Magiec/Customer for timely work approval & billing.
2. Control on unbilled work amount by regular monitoring
3. 1st time right billing

Competencies\Personality Traits:
1. Expert in MS excel & data handling.
2. Communication skill for handling customer/ queries on spare & service commercials.
3. Commercial acumen.

Work Experience & Industry Preferred: Telecom Industry/Account Department/Call centre/BPO
