Assistant Manager - Closing

Role & responsibilities

• Being in-charge at the site and managing walk-ins and allocating clients to Sales executives
• Managing leads from the different sourcing teams and allocating the same to team members
• Managing a team of 3-4 executives and tracking their productivity based on different parameters
• Identifying the training needs of his/her team and helping them develop their skill-sets
• Ensuring that the product presentations are being done as per the process
• Ensuring that the walk-ins are getting captured in SFDC and the same is being updated
• Supporting the sales executives to get the bookings closed
• Ensuring that the bookings are getting processed in the system operationally
• Ensuring that the process is being followed rigorously and the booking formalities are being handed over to CRM
• Handling customer grievances and escalation cases
• Ensuring that the payments are getting done on time

Preferred candidate profile

• Sales process knowledge (e.g. SOPs)
• Negotiation skills
• Industry/market knowledge (e.g. Competition analysis)
• Product knowledge
• Stakeholder management

Qualification / Experience

• MBA in Sales & Marketing
• 5 - 6 years of work experience
