Associate Operations Specialist

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience - Operations (Onboarding) in the Back Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth onboarding of customers, ensuring all necessary documentation and verification processes are completed efficiently. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that defined processes are complied.

Role & responsibilities

• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers in coordination with Sales team.
• Documentation: Review and maintain all required documents including booking form, ensure accuracy as per defined process and checklist.
• Billing Entries: Accurately record and maintain billing entries in our systems, ensuring completeness and precision.
• Invoice Creation/Demand Generation: Create invoices accurately as per timelines, in accordance with company policies and customer agreements.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Payment Posting: Accurately post payments received from customers, clients, or partners, and ensure timely updates in the system.
• Back-Office Operations: Execute various operations related activities in coordination with cross functional teams.
• Verification: Verify customer information, documents, and eligibility criteria as per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Operations Support: Provide support to Relationship managers (Frontend team) & sales team, by addressing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Full Time Graduate (Preferably B.COM)
• Mumbai Kandivali
• Industry Preferable Real Estate / Banking / NBFC
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and CRM software for invoice processing
