Required:
Ø Should be well versed with all the Order to cash activities
Ø Create and update sales orders using the SAP tool by reviewing Statements of Work (SOW) and Purchase Orders (PO)
Ø Create Billing documents in SAP for customer invoicing
Ø Experience in Excel and Advance Excel.
Ø Handle monthly invoices based on received billing advice.
Ø Prepare credit notes in case of sales returns.
Ø Update collection entries in SAP from bank statements on a Daily basis.
Ø Follow-up customers on overdue invoices.
Ø Collate Audit samples for External and Internal Audits
