Assistant Manager Finance

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the pre-opening phase, in alignment with corporate objectives and industry standards.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management and corporate headquarters.
3. Monitor cash flow projections and liquidity requirements, optimize cash resources, and implement cash management strategies to ensure adequate funding for pre-opening activities and ongoing operations.

5. Develop and recommend financial strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
6. Lead and mentor the finance team members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their professional development and ensure high performance.

Qualifications & Experience: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, with overall 4 - 5 years of experience.
