Role & responsibilities
Verify the payment & TDS received against invoices and ensure these are correctly entered in the system as per agreed timelines
Ensure timely clearance of invoices booking and payment receipts to prevent any backlog
Verify and record customer TDS entries using the 26 AS system to comply with tax regulations.
Review open customer ledger entries in SAP and take necessary actions, such as adjustments or reconciliations, to close them accurately
Provide AR-related data and facilitate GL reconciliation with accurate MIS reports for effective financial management
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of recorded customer receipts
Collect TDS certificates from tenants on a quarterly basis and process entries accordingly, providing necessary summaries for adjustments against outstanding amounts to Organisation.
