Job Title: Officer - Background Verification (BGV) Process

1: Job Purpose Statement
Supporting the BGV process by ensuring timely initiation and closure of activities
Ensure data readiness and correctness by maintaining the correct data and sharing regular MIS as required

2: Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure the BGV is initiated in portal in timely manner
Liaise with new joiners for collection of BGV related documents / insufficient documents
Co-ordinate with BGV agency for understanding the current status and providing required additional / correct information / documents for case closure
Co-ordinate with regional HR team for collecting the documents for the employees for closure of BGV cases
Preparation of various MIS on regular basis related to BGV process
Creation of Position IDs in HR portal and updating the attributes on regular basis

3: Key Challenges
Ensuring timely initiation of BGV cases with correct and complete documents
Closure of BGV cases by co-ordination with Employee, BGV partner & regional HR Team

4: List of internal and external stakeholders the role is expected to interact with to execute duties effectively

Internal stakeholders - Employees, Regional HRs, Business HRs
External stakeholders - BGV Partner

5: Job Requirements

• 1-5 years total experience
• Any Graduate
• Good Excel knowledge
• Understanding of BGV process
• Knowledge of HRIS system
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills.
• Interpersonal skill
• Execution Excellence
• Ability to work under pressure.
