The ideal candidate will be a marketing expert from a top-tier institution (IIM, ISB, Ivy League, or equivalent international university) with deep knowledge of the Bangalore residential market. They should bring innovative marketing strategies, strong industry networks, and a data-driven approach to drive business growth and brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion

• Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy focused on brand positioning, lead generation, and revenue growth for Mahendra Homes.
• Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to refine product positioning and drive demand generation.
• Leverage insights from top global real estate brands to enhance Mahendras market differentiation and penetration.

Brand & Digital Transformation

• Establish Mahendra Homes as a premium brand in the residential real estate space.
• Spearhead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation to drive qualified leads.
• Oversee creative brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, and PR strategies to maximize visibility.

Customer Experience & Engagement

• Develop customer experience strategies to enhance brand trust, referrals, and repeat buyers.
• Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to enhance customer targeting, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimize conversion strategies and improve overall customer journey.

Industry Networking & Business Growth

• Build strong partnerships with real estate brokers, IPCs, media houses, and influencers to expand market reach.
• Represent Mahendra Homes at key industry events, forums, and investor summits to enhance brand authority.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations and strategic alliances to scale the business.

Team Leadership & Performance Excellence

• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision-making.
• Set clear KPIs and ROI-driven goals to ensure alignment with business growth objectives.
• Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive cohesive marketing strategies.

Education & Experience:

• MBA from a top-tier institution
• 8-20 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, brand building, and digital transformation, preferably in real estate, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
• Strong market understanding of Bangalore and pan-India residential real estate trends.
• Prior experience with top real estate brands in Bangalore is a mandatory requirement.
