Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Mahavir Group. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the automobile industry, and possess strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring quality talent within TAT.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding for various roles across departments.
✅ Automobile Industry Hiring: Strong experience in hiring for sales, service, technical, and managerial roles in the automobile sector.
✅ Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.
✅ Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely closures.
✅ Employer Branding: Work on recruitment marketing strategies to build a strong employer brand.
✅ Offer Management: Negotiate salary, benefits, and onboard selected candidates efficiently.
✅ HR Analytics & Reporting: Track and report key hiring metrics, including time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.

Key Skills & Requirements:

🔹 Experience: 4-7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the automobile industry.
🔹 Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of automobile sector hiring trends and talent pools.
🔹 Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
🔹 Networking & Headhunting: Ability to leverage professional networks to source passive candidates.
🔹 Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 TAT Management: Ability to deliver quality hires within given timelines.
