Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Analyst cum Executive Assistant to the Vice President. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to support strategic decision-making and executive operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, contributing to high-impact projects and organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Analysis and Modelling:
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and create detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to aid decision-making.
  2. Strategic Presentations:
    • Develop compelling presentations and reports for stakeholders, summarizing key data and insights.
    • Assist in preparing strategy documents, business cases, and executive summaries.
  3. Business Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze business operations, market trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards for regular updates to stakeholders.
  4. Executive Assistance:
    • Provide end-to-end support to the Vice President, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
    • Act as a liaison between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders.
  5. Initiative and Innovation:
    • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and add value to the organization.
    • Demonstrate a track record of taking initiatives beyond assigned responsibilities to achieve impactful outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • MBA or Engineering degree from a top 25 institute with an excellent academic record.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, strategy development, business analysis, and MIS preparation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
