Magnum Core - Inside Sales Role (1-4 yrs)

Job Description:

- Learn & understand the company's products & services

- Prepare Techno-commercial offers, order follow-up, order management, payment collection, etc.,

- Manage the stock and plan for new order process.

- Has to manage customers in assigned territory

- Co-ordinate with Sales Team and close follow-up for order & payment

- Meet sales goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

- Develop sales strategies: Develop sales strategies and ensure sales targets are met

- Manage the sales process: Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing

- Provide customer service: Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or inquiries

- Generate leads: Generate leads and follow up on them

- Use CRM software: Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track connections, relationships, and sales
