Role and Responsibilities: -

• Windows Operating System 2016/19

Install and configure computer hardware, OS, software and applications.
Continuously monitor and maintain systems.

• Active Directory

Define the objectives and scope of your Active Directory implementation.
Identify stakeholders and roles.
Assess current infrastructure.
Configure Active Directory.
Add users and groups.
Test and validate.

• VMWare ESX 7.x

Design, install, configure, and manage virtual and cloud environments.
Utilizing VMWare tools and features. Ensure security, availability and integrity of VMWare

infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Hyper-V support

Manage the virtual machines on the host.
Continuously monitoring.

• DHCP & DNS support

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory

systems

Provide support to clients via phone, email, or remote sessions.
Assist with system installations, upgrades, and configurations.

Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.
