Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Drawings & standards review
- Feasibility study & reports
- Project plan monitoring and review daily basis
- Tooling Design expertise in Pattern and core box
- Simulation review and modification input
- Technical details Presentation skills
- Green sand (HPML ) & Nobake line Foundry knowledge
- Planning of tooling manufacturing
- Getting sample approvals from QA
- Plan & conduct process design review
- Drive APQP process
- Rejection analysis and Corrective Action for New Development parts
- Work with Machine shop for timely machining
- PPAP Documents live updation
- Coordination with pattern shop and machine shop for tooling manufacturing
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 to 10 year experience in higher pressure line in SG & Grey Iron Foundry in New Product Development. Working experience in Solid Works is a must.
