Should have strongnetwork of DSAs, Connectors, Dealer DSAs, DSEs in the city/area.

Building strong positive relationships withcustomers and provide customer service.
Pre-requisites:
Should be able to understand comprehend KYC documents, financialsstatements, key financial numbers,Repayment track, bank statement, GST etc.
Should have strong inclination towards technology/digital processes.
Geographical understanding and Market knowledge
Desired Profile:
Minimum Qualification - bachelor s degree in business administration, commerce,management, finance, economics, or related field.
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle lending space asan on-roll sales manager at an NBFC / Bank.
Preferably NBFCs in Usedcommercial vehicle like Cholamandalam, HDB, Tata Motors Finance, AU SFB, IDFCFirst Bank, TVS Credit, Indostar etc.
Candidate should possess strongcommunication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities t horough knowledge of regulatory requirementspertaining to sales collections applicable to NBFCs.
Proficiency in local language of the RMs baselocation/state
