Channel Management:
Relationship managementof DSAs, Connectors, Dealer DSAs, DSEs in the city/area.
Monitor the Quality of sourcing to be as perorganization s expectations.
Monitor and engage in resolution of Non-starter,Early delinquent cases
Customer Service:
Building strong positive relationships with strategiccustomers
Support relationship manager in customer service
Desired Profile:
Minimum Qualification - master s, bachelor s degree in businessadministration, commerce, management, finance, economics, or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial vehicle lending space asa team leader for an area at an NBFC / Bank.
Preferably NBFCs in Usedcommercial vehicle like Cholamandalam, HDB, Tata Motors Finance, AU SFB, IDFC FirstBank, TVS Credit, Indostar, Sundaram Finance, Hinduja Leyland etc.
Proven track record in sales and sales management, including experienceleading and managing sales teams.
Sales Leadership: Strong leadership skills toeffectively lead and manage a sales team, set and achieve sales targets, andmotivate and coach team members.
