Job Description
Principle Accountabilities:
ProcessDesign and Improvement: Develop and refine loan processingprocedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Compliance: Ensureall processes comply with relevant regulations and internal policies .
Documentation: Createand maintain detailed process documentation and training materials .
Collaboration: Workclosely with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to identifyand address process bottlenecks .
TechnologyIntegration: Implement and manage loan processing softwareand tools .
PerformanceMonitoring: Track and analyze process performance metricsto identify areas for improvement.
Training: Conducttraining sessions for staff on new processes and tools .
CompetitionMapping: Conduct competitive analysis to understandmarket positioning and identifyopportunities for differentiation .
Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to personal loans.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, or a related field .
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Certificationin project management Professional (PMP or similar).
