Job Description
Principle Accountabilities:
1.ClientRelationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients,understanding their financial requirements and providing tailored loansolutions.
2.Loan Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of clients, reviewing financialstatements, and credit reports to make lending decisions.
3.Loan Structuring: Structure loan deals that meet the specific needs of clients,ensuring they align with the NBFCs risk appetite and profitability goals.
4.Loan Portfolio Growth: Work on expanding the personal loan portfolio, acquiringnew clients, and cross-selling other financial products and services.
5.Compliance: Ensure that all lending practices adhere to regulatory requirementsand internal policies, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-MoneyLaundering) procedures.
6.Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competition to identifyopportunities for personal loan growth.
7. Customer Service: Provide ongoing support andexcellent customer service to business clients, addressing their inquiries andconcerns. Desired Profile:
1. Educational Background: A bachelors degree in finance,Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professionalcertifications related.
2. Should understand financial statements, key financialnumbers, KYC documents, bank statement, GST etc.
3. Understanding of local language in the city is a must.
4. Should have strong network of at least 15-20 active DSAs,CAs, Connectors in the city
