Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with dealers and distributors to drive sales growth.
• Assist in onboarding new channel partners and ensuring proper alignment with company objectives.
• Track sales performance, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely order fulfillment.
• Work closely with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the execution of sales promotions, schemes, and marketing activities for channel partners.
• Address dealer/distributor concerns and provide effective customer service.
• Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights for business improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 1 to 6 years of experience in dealer/distributor management, channel sales, or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, pricing, and distribution strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• A bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Role & responsibilities
