Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with dealers and distributors to drive sales growth.
Assist in onboarding new channel partners and ensuring proper alignment with company objectives.
Track sales performance, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely order fulfillment.
Work closely with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
Support the execution of sales promotions, schemes, and marketing activities for channel partners.
Address dealer/distributor concerns and provide effective customer service.
Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights for business improvement.
Key Requirements:
1 to 6 years of experience in dealer/distributor management, channel sales, or B2B sales.
Strong understanding of sales operations, pricing, and distribution strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
A bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Role & responsibilities
