We are seeking a talented Senior Portfolio Manager who can bring their vast project management knowledge and portfolio oversight to help support the Technology Platform leader and their Platform - Maersk ECommerce (MEC), within the Fulfilled by Maersk Portfolio. The role entails close collaboration with technology and business leaders, budget management , information management, and analysis to enable sound decision-making and successful delivery of business outcomes for the ECL Platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support critical initiatives of the platform and help accomplish the goals in a timely manner .
- Develop an efficient operating model for the Platform, ensuring that all Portfolio Managers work collaboratively and follow a standardized approach.
- Make sure the Platform budget is under control and managed at cost centre level for all acquired brands , working together with Finance Business Partner .
- Help Platform leadership to create Vision for the Platform .
- Support the Tech Platform leader in terms of roadmap milestones and alignment of all stakeholders together with the transformation office for our delivery model (OP1, OP2, etc.)
- Manage communications across the eCommerce Logistics Platform. Work closely with Internal Communication Lead to represent FbM (Fulfilled by Maersk) portfolio communications.
- Maintenance of Platform webpage on SharePoint .
- Keep control and overview of Platform staffing and recruitments including contractors .
- Execute and keep improving the defined onboarding process .
- Manage and publish the Platform Metrics with target to automate it .
- Analyses available data from the team s metrics and share best practices and recommendations within the teams to have a cross-teams improvement.
- Act as a Researcher and analyse improvement opportunities in ECL Tech Strategy, conducts analysis, prepares recommendations, and facilitates efficiency enhancements.
- Risk Management - Identify , assess, and manage platform risks, develop risk response plans to mitigate potential issues, continuously monitor risks
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 10 + years of experience in product development, project and program management or management consulting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels up to SVPs.
- Significant project management experience, skills and/or certification
- Proficiency in agile project management and data analytics for creating effective project plans and criteria.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, and writing SQL queries to extract and analyse data
- Strong independent drive and goal-orientation as well as a high level of integrity, combined with the ability to set and meet deadlines
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Fluent in English
- Strong ownership of projects with can-do attitude
- Intrinsically motivated self-starter with a growth mind set and positive outlook
- Able to work under uncertainty and ambiguity
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
