Job Description
Summary:
The Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) is responsible for the strategic alignment of the portfolio, ensuring that it delivers the highest value to the organization. The LPM works with the product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define the portfolio, prioritize initiatives, and track progress.
Responsibilities:
Define the portfolio vision and strategy
Prioritize initiatives and track progress
Work with product managers to define and launch new products and features
Ensure that the portfolio delivers the highest value to the organization
Manage the portfolio risk
Communicate the portfolio status to stakeholders
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related field
Strong understanding of Lean principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills:
Experience with SAFe or other agile frameworks
Experience with portfolio management tools
Experience with data analysis
Experience with stakeholder management
