Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in ERP implementation and maintenance by preparing user manuals and training materials.
• Timely follow-ups with Client Team to complete targeted tasks within scheduled timeline.
• Provide client coordination services during site visits to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Coordinate with clients on project requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
