Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insights:
• Analyze sales, customer, and inventory data to identify trends and patterns.
• Generate actionable insights to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support decision-making processes with accurate data interpretation.
2. MIS Reporting:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, inventory, and operations.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
3. Business Performance Monitoring:
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various business functions.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports for real-time performance monitoring.
• Highlight areas for improvement and suggest data-driven strategies.
4. Process Improvement:
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to optimize workflows.
• Use data insights to recommend process enhancements for inventory management, logistics, and customer support.
5. Forecasting & Budgeting:
• Assist in forecasting sales and inventory requirements based on historical data.
• Support budgeting processes by providing data-driven projections and insights.
6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations to maintain competitive advantage.
7. Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data analytics with business goals.
• Present insights and findings to management in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced reporting tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus.
