Mis Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive MIS Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing MIS (Management Information System) reports for all departments at the corporate level. You will play a key role in coordinating with various departments, identifying variances, and providing actionable insights. This role requires regular factory visits for data collection and analysis, as well as scheduling and attending MIS meetings to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Reporting:
   
• Prepare comprehensive MIS reports at the corporate level for all departments.
• Analyze data and present it in a clear and concise manner for management review.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments.
2. Coordination with Departments:
   
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to gather necessary data for analysis.
• Assist departments in identifying areas for improvement based on report insights.
3. Variance Analysis:
   
• Identify variances between actual and projected data.
• Report discrepancies and variances to the relevant departments and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
4. Factory Visits & Data Collection:
   
• Visit the factory periodically to gather data and assess operational performance.
• Collect relevant information for analysis and ensure accuracy in reporting.
5. MIS Meetings:
   
• Schedule and attend regular MIS meetings with department heads and management.
• Present MIS reports and analysis during meetings, and provide insights to drive business improvements.
6. Reporting to Management:
   
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and trends.
• Recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency and performance based on data insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), and experience with reporting tools or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in preparing and analyzing corporate-level MIS reports.
• Knowledge of variance analysis and its application in business decisions.
• Experience in factory or operations data analysis.
