MIS Executive and Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, good analytical abilities, and a basic understanding of financial principles. This role involves generating, analyzing, and managing reports to support decision-making processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources for reporting and analysis.
• Report Generation: Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Financial Analysis Support: Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Database Management: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data in MIS systems.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data handling and reporting processes and recommend improvements.
• Coordination: Collaborate with different teams to gather data and provide analytical support.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to requests for specific reports or insights from management and other departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, PivotTables, charts, and macros).
• Basic knowledge of financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or financial software is a plus.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Ability to present data insights clearly and effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
