Job Description
- Support sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer databases and update them regularly with new information.
- Process and manage sales orders from initial contact to final delivery.
- Prepare and manage sales reports, performance metrics, and sales presentations.
- Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and events for the sales team.
- Track inventory and manage stock levels for products.
- Handle inquiries from potential and current clients, offering excellent customer service and providing information as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and other departments (e.g., finance, shipping, and production).
- Monitor sales progress and provide regular updates to sales managers and senior leadership.
