Language: Fluent English is mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant cum Sales Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support and assist in sales coordination. The ideal candidate must have experience in Manufacturing Company or Construction Equipment Company, with strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistance:

• Manage the schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
• Handle confidential documents, emails, and communications efficiently.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Act as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
• Assist in strategic planning, follow-ups, and project coordination.

Sales Coordination:

• Coordinate with the sales team to track inquiries, proposals, and order processing.
• Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and sales-related documents.
• Maintain customer databases, follow up on leads, and support sales executives.
• Liaise with customers, dealers, and vendors for smooth communication.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.

MIS & Reporting:

• Generate MIS reports on a daily basis, tracking sales performance, inquiries, and key business metrics.
• Analyze data and present reports to management for decision-making.
• Maintain and update sales records systematically.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Mandatory experience in Manufacturing Company or Construction Equipment Company industry.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, SAP and CRM software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant and Sales Coordinator in a similar industry.

Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
