Strong Interpersonal skills. Adaptive and quick learner. Good, smooth, calm, enthusiastic communicator. SALES COORDINATOR. Requirements:-. Team Handling Exp. Required preferably in the same domain. Minimum Graduate Female with Exp.
  • Salary 25-27 K (35+ Years exp).
  • Academic Coordinator Background should be from Educational Industry.
  • Sales coordinator Background should be from Sales (Banking / Insurance domain) preferable, Team Handling experience and has done direct sales.
  • Good Communication skills and Fluent English. Key Responsibilities. Should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Travel to various branches to provide support, training, and to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications And Experience. Minimum 57 years of experience in same domain or from Bank/Insurance sector.
  • Proven track record in sales coordination and team handling.
  • Exceptional team management and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various branches.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Training. 1 Week to 10 days in Chandigarh (Candidates from outside locations we are providing Meal, Pickup/Drop and Accommodation).
  • We can waive off training only in exceptional cases or can get the candidate training done at the nearby major center available.
  • Note. We only require female candidates.
  • Candidates from respective location or wants to relocate to that location should only apply
