SALES COORDINATOR(Experience in sales-must)
Requirements:-
Team Handling Exp
Required preferably in the same domain
Minimum Graduate Female with Exp. Salary 25-27 K (35+ Years exp). Academic Coordinator Background should be from Educational Industry. Sales coordinator Background should be from Sales (Banking / Insurance domain) preferable, Team Handling experience and has done direct sales. Good Communication skills and Fluent English
Key Responsibilities
Should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. Should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and key issues. Travel to various branches to provide support, training, and to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications And Experience
Minimum 57 years of experience in same domain or from Bank/Insurance sector. Proven track record in sales coordination and team handling. Exceptional team management and team-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets. Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various branches. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. What We Offer

1 Week to 10 days in Chandigarh (Candidates from outside locations we are providing Meal, Pickup/Drop and Accommodation). We can waive off training only in exceptional cases or can get the candidate training done at the nearby major center available. Note
