Job Description

Position: Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer
Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical
Industry: Must have experience in Construction Equipment, Heavy Equipment, or Heavy

Machiner.


Preferred Products Knowledge:

  • Concrete Batching / Mixing Plants
  • Transit Mixer
  • Concrete Kerbing Machine
  • Wet Mix Macadam Plants
  • Concrete Block Making Plants
  • Vertical Casting Concrete Pipe Making Plant
  • Truck-Mounted Aerial Working Platforms

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer with experience in concrete block making plants and casting concrete pipe making plants, along with other heavy construction equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, managing dealer networks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales volume as per target.
  • Attain targeted market share for each product category.
  • Lead, guide, and drive the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Achieve targeted spare parts sales and service performance metrics.
  • Lead the after-sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, manage, and coordinate with dealers.
  • Mentor and support the dealer team for effective sales growth.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Meet sales and after-sales objectives efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
  • Explore and develop business in new markets and untapped territories.
  • Ensure consistent and structured reporting from dealers.
  • Submit regular reports to the Head Office.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Mandatory experience with Concrete Block Making Plants and Casting Concrete Pipe Making Plants.
  • Strong understanding of construction/ heavy machinery sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Hands-on experience in dealer development and management.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.
