Research Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for a dipstick study across 40 schools.
• Design and execute research studies to assess gaps and challenges in the current education system.
• Analyze data to produce actionable insights for capacity-building workshops and reforms.
• Map curriculum content of new textbooks to support assessment alignment.
• Assist in documenting findings and drafting reports for stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in your subject and a B.Ed.
• Experience in designing and executing qualitative studies in education.
• Familiarity with large-scale assessments is preferred.
