Job Title: Purchase Head (Plastic Injection Moulds & Moulding Automotive Sector)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: Candidate should be a seasoned professional having sound knowledge & experience in Material Management, Procurement, Vendor Development and Supply Chain Management preferably in Automotive Component Industry (Plastic Injection Moulds and Injection Moulding Manufacturing).

Key Responsibilities:

The main role and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

a) Develop and implementation of overall sourcing strategy for all BOM items with focus on transforming the procurement functions into a value creation to generate YOY.

b) Directing all operational aspects including commercials/ZBC, cost negotiations for direct and indirect materials.

c) Setting goals for inventory management.

d) Oversee day-to-day supplier performance in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Environmental.

e) CAPEX and OPEX negotiations.

f) Oversee and implementation of supplier performance management system to monitor and evaluate supplier performance against KPIs.

g) Forecasting and formulating Budget, Setting Procurement Targets and adherence of operational budget.

h) Decision-making for strategic business growth.

i) Any other job as assigned by the Management.

Qualification & Experience- Engineering Graduate with 20 ~ 30 Years

• Graduate preferably with PG in Material Management.
• Proven experience (20~30 Yrs.) in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Material Management (Automotive Sector)
• Strong understanding of plastic mould manufacturing processes, materials and Plastic Moulds & tooling technology.
