Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description:

•      Partner with members of the recruiting and hiring teams across to create a phenomenal candidate experience
•      Manage the candidate interview process which includes scheduling/Coordinating interviews and being the point of contact for candidates, interviewers and recruiters
•      Greet, host, and manage the experience for candidates visiting the office for in-person interviews
•      Proactively communicate consistently with both candidates and internal partners to guide them through the interview process
•      Collaborate cross-functionally to support ad hoc projects within the Recruiting Operations team and across the broader recruiting department
•      Collect, analyze, and manage data from various sources to prepare comprehensive MIS reports.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity in all reports.

Pre-Requisites:

•      Knowledge in recruitment coordination/MIS.
•      Knowledge & hands on experience on V-Look Up, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting etc
•      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•      Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
•      Should have the ability to learn applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
•      Strong organizational and time management skills.
•      High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
