Job Description:

• Experience: 1-4 years As a Analyst in the Risk & Compliance Department, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of risk & compliance management strategies and contribute to the overall stability and security of our business.

What Youll Do:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments of material vendors and partners, evaluating their financial stability, compliance with regulations, and adherence to ethical standards.
• Analyze vendor contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and assess the impact of vendor relationships on various business functions.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to streamline the evaluation process and enhance accuracy.
• Prepare detailed risk assessment reports outlining findings, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies for management review.
• Monitor and track vendor performance and compliance over time, identifying emerging risks and implementing proactive measures as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to vendor risk management, incorporating relevant changes into the assessment process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to strengthen the overall risk management framework.
• Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on risk-related matters, offering insights and recommendations to optimize vendor relationships.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of risk management principles and foster a culture of risk awareness within the organization.

What You Need To Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Science or equivalent
• Familiarity with IT systems, cybersecurity, and technology risk management or certification in Information security and/or privacy will be considered a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
