Project Manager- Electricals

Role & responsibilities

• Understanding the Government Department Requirement from the Tender.
• Defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project.
• Outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver an electrical operations project of Railway Department.
• Developing step-by-step project execution plans in co-ordination with Respective Officer of Government Department.
• Leading a multi-disciplinary project team.
• Negotiating with designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Liasioning with staff at every level.
• Overseeing several aspects of a project at the same time.
• Ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Sharing regular progress reports with the Government department and Management.
• Resolving any issues with Appropriate Government Authorities.
• Working in an office or onsite.
• Managing your time effectively is important for making sure that your work is done within the projected deadlines.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and devise practical solutions can keep your project on track and keep your team from getting discouraged.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience of 6-10 Years in Government Contract Execution
• Age - 30-40 Years
• Familiarity with Basic Computer Operations
• Knowledge of Autocad is Preferred.
