Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage payroll processing with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement effective employee retention and engagement strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and company policies.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive management-employee relationship.
• Supervise performance management processes to drive high performance and growth.
• Provide HR metrics and insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
• Oversee and manage HR documentation, employee records, and grievance handling.
• Implement and manage HRMS for seamless HR operations.
• Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring effective delegation and team development.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Human Resources.
• Minimum 7 years of HR managerial/leadership experience with team-handling exposure.
• Strong expertise in HR compliances, labor laws, and employee documentation.
• Proven experience in managing payroll and ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS for HR process automation.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders
