Electrical Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Execution & Supervision: Actively participate in on-site electrical work, including pole erection, lighting installation, underground cabling, voltage load calculations, and panel connections. The candidate must be able to execute tasks when required.
• Project Handling: Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with vendors, monitor material usage, and ensure smooth site operations.
• Team Coordination: Work alongside field teams to ensure tasks are carried out as planned. Provide necessary technical inputs and support to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Client Handling: Communicate with clients, understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure the work meets expectations.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, company policies, and site regulations, taking proactive measures to prevent hazards.
• Adaptability & Flexibility: Willing to travel across India for project execution and comfortable working at heights when required. Should be able to adjust to different site conditions and work environments.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues on-site efficiently to prevent delays and ensure seamless execution.
  
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, cabling, panel connections, and voltage load calculations.
• Must have a hands-on approach to execution, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage field teams effectively.
• Willing to travel frequently across India and work in different site conditions, including heights.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
