- Administration of Catalyst funds and mandates.
- Liaison with administrators, custodians, trustees and auditors of the fund.
- Liaison with various internal teams to ensure fund/portfolio details, trades and performance are correctly maintained and reconciled on internal systems.
- Understanding the deals and transactions to facilitate smooth closing and funding of deals.
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate fund/portfolio information including cash balances and position reports.
- Monitoring the portfolio data across internal systems and ensuring the information is reflected correctly across platforms and taking initiatives to enhance data quality.
- Assisting Fund Manager to address internal and external investor requests and production of fund information for quarterly reporting and other regular reporting.
- Assisting Fund Manager on ad hoc duties.
Participate in projects to improve information and reporting for fund managers and clients and assist in the streamlining of operational processes.
