Manager Consolidation

Additional Responsibilities :

• Support the consolidated funds reporting process and associated workbooks for submission to the Group Reporting team.
• Prepare and review IFRS 10 assessment memos.
• Provide the business with consistent financials, including analytical reviews and disclosures.
• Prepare asset data store submissions detailing the assets held by the funds.
• Create roll-forwards, consolidation workings, and verify valuations.
• Review the work of third-party accountants.
• Offer support to other members of the Consolidation Team.
• Take ownership of tasks assigned to junior team members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Assist in resolving queries from auditors and the Group Reporting team.
• Review and develop processes and procedures to accommodate business changes.
• Stay updated with the latest business and accounting developments.
• Provide advice and guidance on accounting treatments.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks and participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification

Knowledge & Skills (Must Have) :

Working knowledge on IFRS / Ind AS/ consolidation / investment industry

Ability to lead and drive change forward

Knowledge & Skills (Additional) :

Tagetik system experience

IFRS/Ind AS implementation and assessment

Experience & Educational Qualification:

Qualified and experience CA with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in consolidation with investment industry background
