Site Supervisor

Job Functions:

• Willing to Travel Across India as per project location.
• Site Inspection: Regular visits to ensure proper execution and quality of work on-site.
• Manpower Handling: Oversee the labour force to ensure all workers are performing tasks efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordination with Head Office (HO): Ensure smooth communication between the site and the HO regarding site requirements, issues, and updates.
• Fabrication and Erection Activities: Supervise civil aspects of fabrication and erection at the site.
• Ensure Optimum Productivity: Oversee civil aspects to ensure the machines civil setup and project completion is on schedule.
• Liaison with Stakeholders: Collaborate with customers, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stock Records Maintenance: Keep track of raw materials, spares, and consumables, and hand them over to the Project In-charge upon completion.
• Daily Progress Reporting: Submit daily progress reports to HOD and Head Office to update on milestones and any challenges.
• Quality Control: Maintain the quality of civil works in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Site Clearance and Completion: Ensure all tasks are completed according to the schedule, and hand over site clearance reports to the client upon completion.
• Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering a high-quality project and meeting client expectations.
• Address Day-to-Day Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve any site-specific issues promptly to ensure work progresses smoothly.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Civil Erection: Understanding of civil works related to structure erection, including site preparation and quality checks.
• Experience in Industrial Projects: Must have worked on industrial or construction projects and understand the unique challenges they present.
• People Management Skills: Ability to manage and supervise labor teams effectively, ensuring tasks are completed as per schedule and with high quality.
• Labour Handling: Ability to manage, guide, and ensure the safety and performance of workers on-site.
• Planning and Organization: Strong planning and time management skills to ensure smooth execution of tasks within the project timeline.
• Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel across India as per the project requirements and locations.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all works meet the highest standards and project specifications.
