Your core audience will be:
- Game developers/ UI Developer (Smaller Studios).
- Game Success Managers (Medium to Large Studios).
- Game Marketers / Research Marketers (Medium to Large Studios).
- Everyone at Lysto and within the gaming sphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Building & Content Generation:
- Develop and execute a holistic content strategy that enhances B2B brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
- Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns which are both feature and brand led.
- Manage content creation including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, case studies, and whitepapers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Using AI is a big plus.
Offline Marketing & Strategic Planning :
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of offline marketing initiatives, including industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Develop and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and establish industry authority.
- Ensure seamless integration of offline and online marketing efforts to create a cohesive brand experience.
Data-Driven Marketing:
- Leverage analytics to track and optimize marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
- Regularly report on marketing metrics, using data to inform and refine strategy.
- Analyze customer cohorts to identify patterns and opportunities for personalized marketing strategies.
Growth Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, driving customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B brand management, with a proven track record in both online and offline marketing, having handled marketing campaigns at scale.
- Strong background in content marketing and social media management.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics on LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, CRM tools etc to make informed marketing decisions.
- Expertise in B2B lead generation and growth marketing strategies.
- Experience in planning and executing large-scale offline events and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key KPI's:
Brand Awareness:
- Website traffic from targeted B2B keywords.
- Social media mentions and engagement.
- Brand mentions in industry publications.
- Impressions from marketing campaigns.
Lead Generation:
- Number of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) generated.
- Conversion rate from website forms to leads.
- Lead generation from content marketing initiatives.
- Cost per lead (CPL).
Sales Impact:
- Lead generation (CPL and CAC).
- Sales pipeline contribution from marketing campaigns.
Social/Content Engagement:
- Click-through rate on content and campaigns.
- Engagement Rate.
- Increase Followership.
