About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our B2B SaaS sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing teams, and building strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the B2B SaaS space.
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Required Qualifications
Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of total experience, with a minimum of 4 years in B2B SaaS sales.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a SaaS environment.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt sales strategies in a competitive SaaS market.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and sales analytics to drive performance.
